Because our team closely follows Facebook’s guidelines, it is rare that an ad would be rejected. However if it does happen, our Customer Success Team will contact Facebook on your behalf and investigate the issue to see why the ad was rejected. In most cases, an ad is rejected due to an ad reviewer misunderstanding or a new policy. In any case, we are usually able to get the ad approved or adjusted within 24 hours. If that is not the case, we will bring the issue to our dedicated Facebook rep to get further instruction on what needs to be done.
