King LASIK wanted to overcome a common sales objective that LASIK is too expensive by bringing attention to their financing programs to make LASIK affordable for everyone who needed it. Since financing by itself is not a compelling offer, we developed the “The New Vision Program” and used Facebook lead ads to build awareness of the program and collect contact information of those who were interested in making LASIK more affordable.

King LASIK is a state-of-the-art LASIK practice that provides advanced vision correction treatments for patients throughout the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada.

Getting Leads for New Vision Program

King LASIK wanted to get qualified leads to show interest in their new vision financing program and get them to book an appointment in their office. With their campaign, the company aimed to get prospects to give them full contact information and answer qualifying questions then schedule an appointment with an online calendar.

THEIR SOLUTION

Financing Program

Michael King of King LASIK partnered with Zenfusion on the Grow Plan to create a compelling offer for their New Vision Financing campaign that would make LASIK more affordable for everyone.

The Zenfusion Team put together a strategy to generate and qualify leads using Facebook lead ads. This strategy did 3 key things:

  1. Got the attention to the right audience using audience targeting and compelling and clear ad copy and graphics.
  2. Qualified the leads by asking for full name, email, phone number and additional qualifying questions and instructed the prospect to schedule an appointment.
  3. Got the interested prospects into an automated email follow up campaign to remind them on their appointment, build a relationship with the company, and educate them on the benefits of the New Vision Program and other programs that could help them.

The campaign was targeted to people that were most like King LASIK’s existing customers using a 1%, 2% and 10% lookalike audience and location targeting.

King LASIK’s Team made sure to make the best of each lead that came in by following up on multiple channels to get prospects in the door. This included the Facebook ads, Retargeting ads, Email Follow up, phone calls and broadcasts.

A Winning Combination

King LASIK success proved to us how important ad optimization for mobile is because the majority of their leads came from the Facebook mobile news feed placement. These results are from their campaign running between May – September 2017 and included the following results:

  • 349 leads requesting information on the new Vision Program
  • Over 30% of those leads booking appointments (15% higher than industry standards)
  • 127,081 people of 1,000,000 people in their target audience reached
  • Average Cost per lead of $25.18
