The average cost per lead varies by company and the sales process used. You can get high volumes of leads at a low average cost (list building approach) or a low volume of highly qualified leads with a higher average cost per lead. The approach you need to take will depend on your existing sales process or sales funnel.

We find that short copy with the call to action showing clearly before the “see more” or “continue reading” link on the ad works best. After extensive testing its clear that in most instances short copy performs better than long copy.
We recommend using 1% and 2% Lookalike audiences with one behavior or demographic audience overlay. In some cases you may use only the Lookalike audiences or only behavior, demographic, or interest targeting. However, if you have the opportunity to use a Lookalike audience you should use one.
Because our focus is on your Magic Metric we do not measure average Cost Per Click as a key metric. The focus of your advertising should be average cost to acquire a lead or a sale and managed accordingly.
